This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our services. Please read it carefully before registering for any course.
1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are processed in accordance with the specific guidelines for online and offline courses as outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and include your full name, course details, and reason for the refund request. Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
2. Online Courses
For online courses, you may request a refund under the following conditions: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of puchase. You must not have accessed more than 10% of the course content (e.g., videos, materials, or sessions). Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day period or if more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
3. Offline Courses
For offline (in-person) courses, you may request a refund under the following conditions: Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the course start date.An administrative fee of 10% of the course fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs. No refunds will be issued for requests made less than 14 days before the course start date.
4. Cancellations by Vagjyothis
In the event that Vagjyothis cancels a course (online or offline) due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered one of the following options:
A full refund of the course fee, processed within 14 business days. The option to transfer your registration to another course of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a course (online or offline) without providing prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or transfer to another course.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Course materials or resources provided as part of the course fee. Registration or administrative fees explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Partial course fees for sessions already attended or accessed.
7. Exceptional Circumstances

8. Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing or payment, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of access to our services.
