Vagjyothis is dedicated to providing high-quality courses and sessions, both online and offline, in yoga, alternative healing (e.g., mudra therapy), psychological training, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). This Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancelling your participation in our courses. Please review it carefully before registering.
1. General Cancellation Guidelines
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and include your full name, course details, and reason for cancellation. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined below, and any applicable refunds will follow our Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation of Online Courses
For online courses, you may cancel your participation under the following conditions:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase. You must not have accessed more than 10% of the course content (e.g., videos, materials, or live sessions).After the 7-day period or if more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellation of Offline Courses
For offline (in-person) courses, you may cancel your participation under the following conditions:
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the course start date. An administrative fee of 10% of the course fee may be deducted from any refund issued, as per our Refund Policy. Cancellations requested less than 14 days before the course start date will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
4. Course Cancellations by Vagjyothis
In the rare event that Vagjyothis must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, or other operational issues), you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the following options: A full refund of the course fee, processed within 14 business days.The option to transfer your registration to another course of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Vagjyothis is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses) due to a course cancellation.
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a course (online or offline) without submitting a cancellation request in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund, transfer, or rescheduling.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other significant events, Vagjyothis may consider cancellation requests outside the standard guidelines on a case-by-case basis. 7. Course Modifications
Vagjyothis reserves the right to modify course schedules, formats (e.g., switching from offline to online), or instructors as needed. Such changes do not constitute a cancellation, and standard cancellation policies will apply if you choose not to participate in the modified course.
